Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU)

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, email us at [hello@yourdomain.com] with your order number before the 14-day period ends.

How to return an item

1. Email us at [hello@yourdomain.com] with your order number.

2. We will reply with the return address and instructions.

3. Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us, in its original condition and packaging where possible.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days. Refunds are made to your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Exceptions

Stickers that have been applied to a device and removed cannot be returned for hygiene and resale reasons, unless they are faulty.
