Where we ship

We currently ship to all European Union member states. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us and we will confirm whether delivery is possible.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Typical delivery times after dispatch:

· Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, France: 2–4 business days

· Rest of the EU: 3–7 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur during peak periods or due to carriers.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and shown clearly before you pay. There are no hidden fees — the price you see at checkout is the final price, VAT included.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.

Delays and problems

If your order has not arrived within 14 days of dispatch, contact us at [hello@yourdomain.com] with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
